All special orders must be pre-paid prior to start of order. On every listing you will find time needed to complete order. Please note- While it is our intent and every effort is made to complete your order within that time. There may be times when an additional day or so may be necessary, should this occur customer will be notified immediately. Also, time needed is to complete order, does not include time to deliver item. Orders are shipped via USPS and sent from California.
Once order has been started, yarn and color cannot be changed. Exceptions may be made if time allows, and depending on how big the change is. Should this take place a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price will be charged and collected from customer prior to start of new order. Customer may have additional charge for new materials. Also to be paid prior to start of new order.
While our goal is nothing short of 100% customer satisfaction, exchanges and or refunds will be given within 10 days of original order item receipt. All refunds or exchanges must be agreed upon prior to item being returned to us. And the following is our return policy for most items including special order items.
Special Order Return:
If specialty or novelty yarn was used, depending on reason for the return we reserve the right to not refund or to refund only partially for the cost of materials.
Restocking Fee:
There is a 25% restocking fee on all custom orders.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all inventory items.
Shipping Cost on All Returns:
Shipping cost on all returns is non refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping to us.
