Are returns accepted?
This is a tricky one... While we do strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we do accept returns, the return policy is as follows for special orders, also below you will find our return policy for most items including the shipping charge.
Special Order Return:
If specialty or novelty yarn was used, depending on reason for the return we reserve the right to not refund or to refund only partially for the cost of materials.
Restocking Fee:
There is a 25% restocking fee on all custom orders per item returned.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all inventory items, per item returned.
Shipping Cost on All Returns:
Shipping cost on all returns, whether special orders or inventory items will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for return shipping to us.
How long does it for order to arrive?
Once order is shipped most take 2-5 days (within the United States) depending on your location and the effectiveness or your local post office.
